Did you know that Introverts don’t like to think on the fly? They can do it, but it’s not their best thinking. They would rather process internally over time before they share thoughts and ideas with others. In our extroverted world, Introverts can often feel marginalized and walked over by Extroverts. Don’t get frustrated that Introverts don’t work the same way as Extroverts. They are just different, not better or worse…just different. Let’s take the judgement out of this situation. The best managers (or even the best parents or best spouses to take this in the home) know how to draw out the best in their people. So, in this video I give a few ideas for how to work with Introverts to get their very best.
