Your team doesn’t necessarily need another meeting.
They may need a different kind of conversation.
Corporate retreats give teams the opportunity to step outside their normal roles and dynamics and understand one another as people—not simply coworkers.
Using personality type, organizational behavior, psychology and my Front Seat Life® framework, I create customized experiences that help teams explore how they work, communicate, lead, react under pressure and relate to one another.
The result is a team that doesn’t just know more about one another. They understand one another.

I don’t believe transformation requires trust falls, forced vulnerability or sitting in a conference room staring at slides all day. I believe people change when they feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to think differently, and supported enough to try something new.
Through teaching, meaningful conversation, exercises, reflection, laughter and connection, we create space to stop performing and start paying attention (because clarity rarely comes when you’re moving 100 miles an hour).
My Front Seat Life® retreats and small groups are intimate, curated experiences for people who are ready to step away from the noise and reconnect with themselves.
