What is Myers-Briggs?

Discover Your Archetype

The Four Dichotomies

Myers-Briggs sorts personality traits into four opposite pairs, or “dichotomies.” This is the start of the Myers-Briggs assessment process. Once we determine your pairs of preferences we can determine your whole Type, shown on the table below. Once we are able to determine your Type, this is where the real learning begins.
