Please excuse my somewhat shocking title and picture but sometimes you need to be a little shocking to get a point across and this is a BIG point!

As we are in the first week of 2015 we need to be aware of what we are holding onto from 2014 that needs to be released and simply let go of.

It may be feelings like:

  • Anger
  • Resentment
  • Fear
  • Doubt
  • Worry
  • Shame
  • Guilt

Or it may be things like:

  • A bad relationship
  • A horrible job
  • A person making you unhappy or suppressing you
  • A friend that no longer supports you and loves you like you need
  • Unwanted weight
  • Co-dependency
  • Not living the life you want and deserve

Or you can fill in yours here. We all have them! I am working on releasing myself from a controlling relationship. I can’t change that person BUT I change my reaction to it!!

It is an incredibly empowering and liberating feeling when we let things go, let people go and get in control of our own feelings and responses!
