What is this cocktail reception about?

Thursday night there is a cocktail reception from 5-7 if you would like to join us for a little love, connection and networking before the event starts. It is a great way to say hello to me and others before the big event starts the following morning. There will be light refreshments and a drink ticket along with lots of picture taking and connection. I hope you will join us.

Can I stay at the hotel?

Yes, and the rooms are great. You have to book through the hotel with code Front Seat Life event, there should be a few rooms left and are running $129-$159. Find yourself a roommate on the Facebook Group. 🙂

Facebook group?

There is a private Facebook group going for you to all introduce yourself and start making connections. If you haven’t already friended me please do so and I will add you to the group!

What time should I show up?

Plan to arrive Friday between 8-8:30 to get yourself checked in, take pictures, find some new friends, tag yourself on social media, etc.

Doors will open at 8:45 to get a seat, get coffee and get situated.

We go until 8:30 PM Friday night, it is a full awesome day!!

Saturday doors will open at 8:45 again and will be done 5-6 ish.

What is the meal situation?

Coffee, tea and water will be provided throughout the event in the back of the room.

Lunch breaks will be 90 minutes both days and on your own unless you choose to upgrade to the VIP Lunch and Seating package, which I highly recommend so you can have lunch with me and the amazing expert panel as well as get front row seating each day as well as no lines for lunch (and the food is delicious and healthy).

We will have short breaks throughout the day for you to network, check in with life and potty breaks.

Dinner Friday night is 2 hours on your own and there are tons of great restaurants nearby as well as the Bistro onsite has great food. I HIGHLY recommend that you come and be present for all of it. Set up a dinner date on the Facebook page. Have fun! Make new connections! This event is meant to be motivational, educational, and inspirational (which it will be) but you can do your part and make the most out of it by coming and being PRESENT!!!!

The expert panel is after dinner Friday and YOU WILL NOT WANT TO MISS IT, I promise.

I know this can be a long day for some but I encourage you to make the most of it!

What should I wear?

Be comfortable. Maybe not sweats, but comfortable. 🙂 Many guests will be dressed up. Lots of pictures will be taken. You may also want to bring a scarf in case the room gets cold, I get sweaty so I will have the room cool. Be yourself!

What if I can’t make it?

You can gift or sell your seat to someone (please let me know so I can update the name tag) or you can save your seat for next year’s event but no refunds will be given at this point so close to the event.

What should I bring?

I will be providing pens and workbooks but if you are like me you may want some colorful pens and your journals for Aha moments. You may also want to bring some snacks and a water bottle. Other than that, just bring an open mind, your excitement, enthusiasm and openness to learn.

What else?

Please, please, please plan to be on time to the event and back from breaks. Not only will you miss things but it is going to be a full room and will be quite distracting to others. I have a saying……. how you do anything is how you do everything so show up and be awesome, on time and fully present!

Ok, I think that it is!

Can’t wait to see you!
